Features
- Economical solution for cleaning out machine sumps, parts washers, tanks and storage containers
- Quickly vacuum up used industrial coolant from machine sumps or tanks along with the small chips and sludge that are contained in the liquid
- Separate the chips, swarf, shavings and other debris from the liquid
- Collect all the recovered debris in a filter bag. A variety of bags are available
- Easily pump the filtered liquid back out allowing you to recycle coolant and prolong its useful life
- Minimize machine tool downtime. Reduce production and disposal costs
- Also ideal for use in spill control of non-flammable liquids
- Our systems are powerful, yet compact and easy to handle
- Heavy Duty Construction. No moving parts. Can run continuously without friction or wear. No motor to clog or wear out
- Safe - no electricity. Does not generate any heat
- Efficient: Tiger-Vac venturi uses shop air to create powerful suction. Operates with ¼” or 3/8” air line
- Very Quiet: Includes a built-in silencer. Noise level below 72 dB(a)
- Easy to use: Open the 3/8” air supply valve to turn the unit on and off. Operate the 1.5” ball valve to switch from suction to pump out mode
- High level float cuts-off the suction when unit is full to prevent overflow
- 55 gallon painted steel drum is included
- The suction inlet and the pump out outlet are located on the side of the drum to allow for easy access to the recovery bag. Other sump vacuums on the market have the recovery bag connected under the lid making it very difficult to lift the lid when the bag is full. On the Tiger-Vac sump cleaner, the lid can be easily removed with ready access to the recovery bag
- Suction inlet and pump out outlet have leak proof camlock connections
- Pressure relief valve installed on the lid
- Fluid recovery capacity: 50 gallons (190 Liters)
- Accessories Included: a 1.5” x 10’ crushproof suction/discharge hose and a 1.5” x 24” aluminum bulk pick-up wand are included
- The following optional accessories are also available:
- 4 wheel dolly
- Air supply hose
- Vacuum attachments to clean floors and around machinery
